The Business Climate Survey is a tool developed to map the opportunities and challenges that Swedish companies face when doing business in France. This report presents the conclusions drawn from the survey and an analysis based on the current business situation, economic outlook, as well as other market aspects believed to be relevant for companies operating or planning to establish themselves in France.

This year, the survey was sent out to a select sample of 431 local executives representing Swedish companies in France, 130 of which provided answers. The answers were collected between March 21st and April 15th, 2022. Some interviews were conducted later with selected companies to gain a deeper understanding of the factors behind their survey responses.
